Who's Claire?

Claire Gothard has spent twenty years leading people and the conversations that come with them, from the classroom to the C-suite, most recently heading a national programme team of over 300 and winning whole-team buy-in for its multi-million relaunch. She's also embedded a vision across a 100-person team in three months, not by running a programme at anyone, but by coaching eight senior leaders to carry the conversations themselves. That cascade is exactly what Conversation Coach builds in your team. These days her own team is zero humans and several opinionated AI agents, so she's not guessing about leading at AI pace either. Before you rehearse, you shape four anchors: how you'll open, the point you won't soften, the understanding you're checking for, and how you'll close. Your plan for the conversation, in your own words.

Rehearse against someone who reacts

You practise out loud against a persona that responds the way people actually do: defensive, emotional, quiet or pushing back. Get it wrong here, where it costs nothing, instead of live.

Get feedback and go again

You get feedback on what happened and what to try next: where you softened, where you held, what to do differently. Your sessions with Claire build on exactly what you practised.
